This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We aim to collect only what we need to run Wivrex.
What we collect
Account data (your name and email, via our authentication provider), the prompts and settings you submit, the clips and assets we generate for you, billing records (via our payment provider — we never store card numbers), technical data such as your IP address and browser/device information, and, with your consent, product-usage analytics used to improve the service.
How we use it
To generate your clips, operate and secure the service, process payments, provide support, prevent abuse, and understand product usage in aggregate. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your private prompts or outputs to train third-party foundation models.
Legal bases (GDPR)
Where the GDPR applies, we process your data to perform our contract with you (providing the service), for our legitimate interests (security, abuse-prevention, product improvement), to comply with legal obligations, and — for analytics and non-essential cookies — on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Processors we share with
We share data only with processors that run the service on our behalf: authentication, our AI generation providers (LLM, image, video, and voice), object storage, our payment provider (Paddle, as Merchant of Record), and, with consent, product analytics. Each processes data only to provide its function, under contract.
Cookies
We use essential cookies required to sign you in and run the service, and — only with your consent — analytics cookies. You can accept or decline non-essential cookies via the banner, and change your mind by clearing the stored choice. See our Cookie Policy for details.
Retention & your rights
We keep your clips and account data while your account is active. Subject to applicable law (including GDPR and CCPA), you may request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your data, and may object to or restrict certain processing. Deleting your account removes your clips, subject to legal retention needs. To exercise a right, contact us below.
International transfers & security
Your data may be processed in countries other than yours; where required we rely on appropriate safeguards. We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, though no system is perfectly secure.
