AI Usage Policy

Wivrex is an AI product. This policy explains how AI is used, what that means for the content you generate, and your responsibilities. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
Outputs are AI-generated
The concepts, scripts, voiceovers, captions, images, and video Wivrex produces are generated by artificial intelligence from the prompts and settings you provide. They are original, synthetic media — not recordings of real events, people, or statements.
AI can be inaccurate
AI systems can produce content that is inaccurate, misleading, outdated, biased, or nonsensical, and can "hallucinate" facts. Wivrex does not guarantee that any output is accurate, complete, appropriate for a particular purpose, or free of errors.
You must review before you publish
You are responsible for reviewing every output before you use or publish it. This includes checking it for accuracy, legality, rights clearance, and compliance with the rules of any platform you post to. You — not Wivrex — are the publisher of the content you distribute.
Not professional advice
AI-generated content is provided for creative and entertainment purposes and must not be relied upon as professional advice — including legal, medical, financial, or safety advice. Do not present AI outputs as verified fact or as the words of a real person.
Third-party AI providers
To generate content, Wivrex sends your prompts and related inputs to third-party AI providers (for language, image, video, and voice generation) that process them on our behalf. See our Privacy Policy for how data is handled. We do not permit these providers to use your private prompts or outputs to train their foundation models.
Prohibited AI uses
You may not use Wivrex's AI to impersonate real people, create deceptive or fraudulent media, infringe intellectual property, or generate unlawful or harmful content. These and other restrictions are set out in our Acceptable Use Policy. We run automated moderation on inputs and outputs and may block content that violates our policies.
Ownership
Subject to our Terms and your plan being in good standing, you own the outputs you generate and may use them commercially. Because AI outputs can be similar across users, we cannot guarantee any output is unique or that its use will not infringe third-party rights — clearing those rights is your responsibility.
