You are responsible for your content

You are responsible for the prompts you submit and for how you use the videos you generate — including compliance with the rules of any platform you post to (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and others). Clips are fictional entertainment unless you clearly present them otherwise and have the rights to do so.

Prohibited uses

You may not use Wivrex to create, distribute, or facilitate:

• Impersonation of real, identifiable people, or content presented as real events that are fabricated.
• Fraud, scams, deceptive "get-rich" schemes, or misleading medical, legal, or financial claims.
• Harassment, hate speech, or content that demeans a person or group based on protected characteristics.
• Sexual content involving minors, or any sexually explicit content in violation of law or platform rules.
• Violent extremism, incitement, or instructions for weapons or serious harm.
• Content that infringes intellectual property or misappropriates a person's name, voice, or likeness.
• Anything illegal where you operate or where the content is distributed.

Platform integrity

You also may not, and may not attempt to:

• Upload or distribute malware, or use the service to transmit spam or unsolicited bulk content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or probe the service, or access it other than through the interfaces we provide.
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with usage limits, credit accounting, rate limits, moderation, or security controls.
• Resell, sublicense, or share your account or credits in violation of these terms.
• Use automated means to place undue load on the service or to abuse free or promotional allowances.

Fake-text & reaction formats

Fake-text, chat, and reaction formats generate fictional conversations only — no real names, phone numbers, or handles. Do not use them to imitate a specific real person or organization.

Automated moderation & enforcement

We run automated moderation on generation requests and outputs. We may block, remove, or refuse content, and may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy — with or without notice where required to protect users, comply with law, or preserve provider relationships. Serious or repeated violations are not eligible for refunds.
